Linda’s Charred Paradise
This is Chef Jermaine’s mom’s favorite sauce and it’s easy to see why! Charred and smoky sweet with medium heat— one of those sauces you can put on just about everything. Use it to spice up bbq baked chicken, Mongolian beef, pork carnitas, grilled fish tacos, homemade salsa, pineapple guacamole and so much more.
