Manghost Pepper Hot Sauce
Ghost pepper is the bad boy of the chili world, rockin’ the chart at over a million heat units on the Scoville scale. Guinness named it the world’s hottest pepper, but it lost that title in 2011 as plant scientists bred even spicier varieties. Our take on this crazy little pepper is tropical, fruity and floral, not too sweet and VERY spicy. Use it to punch up salsa, glazed chicken, grilled lamb chops, cedar plank salmon, fettuccine alfredo and much more.
