Serrano Hot Sauce

The serrano is a Mexican pepper that gets its name from the mountain ranges (sierras) of Hidalgo where it originated. Serranos are slightly hotter than jalapenos, with a bright fruit flavor. Our sauce features subtle floral notes and delivers a medium heat that is so good with veggie omelettes, corn & black bean dip, cilantro lime chicken, Mexican-style burgers, you name it.
